Noce – Apartment 1

Cozy and complete apartment on the ground floor, located on the beautiful valley. Equipped with a kitchen/dining room (with a sofa bed for 1 or 2 people), bathroom with shower, toilet and sink and a spacious separate bedroom with new (2025) 2-person box spring. The apartment has a private patio in the courtyard. The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, a refrigerator and an oven. Coffee can be made with a Lavazza coffeemaker

The price is per room with an occupancy of 1 or 2 people. The costs for an extra person are 20 euros per day. Groups with 4 people (eg a family with 2 older children) could also rent an additional B&B room next to the apartment. Please contact us for a custommade proposal.

Additionally:

• The price mentioned is for the main season 2026 (June 27 – November 15). In the preseason (2026: April 1 to June 26) we charge EUR 115 per night.
• Tourist Taxes are 1.50 per person per night and must be payed at departure.
• Dogs are welcome but always after consultation. Costs are 10 euros per dog per day.
• In the main season we rent out the appartements for a minimum of 5 nights. Arrival 3 pm and departure 10 am. For 2-4 people. Outside the high season bookable per night
• Ask for breakfast before 3 pm the day before. Breakfast is between 7.30 – 9.30 am.
• Extra interim cleaning 50 euros. For stays of longer than 1 week, a free intermediate cleaning will be done.
• Bed linen, bath towels and tea towels are provided. Replacement during the week is possible for a small fee. Additional costs to be paid on departure.
• In the restaurant we have an honesty bar with drinks and we sell local products. To be settled upon departure.
